Bernice' Story
It was the year 2015. The Force Awakens was released and everyone love BB8. Greece filed for Bankruptcy. Drake’s Hotline bling was being played in all radio stations. BTS’ I need U was released. Messi won his fifth Ballon d’Or. Golden State Warriors won the NBA Finals but Kevin Love and Kyrie were injured. Mike and Bern both swiped right at each other on Tinder. It was the start of an unconventional and modern love story- boy and girl swiped right in a dating app. Talked for a bit and boy added girl on social media and they never went out and talked again until…
Fast Forwards to 2019. Game of Thrones’ last season was airing and BTS was touring all over Americas. Mike stumbled upon Bern’s IG account around March and started reacting on her stories- none of which Bern responded to. In August, Mike finally shoot his shot and said “You like K-Pop. I also know BTS”. Bern finally replied by saying “hahaha yes!” And they started talking. Mike asked if Bern wanted to grab a drink which she definitely hesitated on but just nicely asked, “you’re not a serial killer, right?” To which Mike said, “definitely not”. The date was August 20th when Mike and Bern finally met. First date ended after 3 hours. Both parted ways in that night but became inseparable ever since.
5 years after and being blessed by an awesome son named Sebastian, Mike and Bern are finally tying the knot and will start a never-ending love story as a married couple.
Michael's Story
Once upon a swiping spree in the digital realm of 2015, Mike found himself engaging in a serendipitous right swipe, landing him a match with the intriguing Bern. Their online banter sparked a virtual flame, leading to a mutual connection across various social media platforms.
As the sands of time drifted, bringing us to the whirlwind year of 2019, fate intervened once more as Mike stumbled upon Bern's Instagram profile. With a bold double-tap of approval, he ventured forth and extended the invitation for a rendezvous. Lo and behold, sparks flew anew as they embarked on their first official date at the chic Nikkei hotspot in the bustling BGC High Street.
Amidst the tantalizing bites and fleeting moments, Mike couldn't shake the uncertainty gnawing at him, fearing Bern might not share his enthusiasm. But as dawn broke, so did the silence, as a message from Bern illuminated his screen, expressing her delight and anticipation for the next rendezvous.
With each subsequent outing, their connection deepened, culminating in a cinematic third date where Mike sensed the cosmic alignment of their souls. Though Bern's heart may have whispered sweet confessions, her lips remained sealed, yet their chemistry spoke volumes.
Then, on the auspicious day of April 1, 2020, amidst a world of uncertainty, a beacon of joy illuminated their lives as they discovered the imminent arrival of their little prince, Basti. From that moment onward, they became inseparable, bound by love, laughter, and the promise of a shared future filled with endless adventures.
